Damages and issues                                          After shipped with tracking number provided, ISLBB is not responsible for any damages or lost packages 

Exchanges/Refunds
No refunds or returns on digital products (ebooks and mentorship programs.) No returns or exchanges will be accepted on custom orders. Refunds are not guaranteed and are on a case-by-case situation (production error only.) Booking fees are nonrefundable. Once a dress has started production, any amount paid will not be eligible for a refund (i.e cancelled events, change your mind ect.)

Exceptions                                                     Refunds are only discussed if errors were made on our end without notifying you changes can be made prior to shipping. You personally choose your own colors lace ect and wt do do not add anything that is not approved by you. We always send final photos and videos before shipping and offer to make changes if necessary. This is why it’s important to start production as soon as possible to make room for necessary changes. If event date is approaching (ordered less than 6 months or less or last minute request) and no time for changes, ISLBB is not liable and can not be held accountable for you possibly not liking the finished outcome.
